Crest Whitestrips Supreme Review

I’m a little fanatical when it comes to keeping my teeth white and bright, and that means I’ve tried just about every teeth whitening product on the market.  Gels, bleaching trays, crazy blue lights, you name it, I’ve tried it.  Some of them didn’t work at all, some worked okay but none of them worked as well as Crest Whitestrips Supreme.  I recently finished a 21 day treatment and today I’m going to share my review, but first let’s take a look at what you get in the kit.

Overview of the Crest Whitestrips Supreme

Whitestrips Supreme is the latest product from Crest and features 14% hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel – their strongest concentration yet of any whitestrip.  In fact, they are up to 80% more effective than the original Crest Whitestrips.  Not only that, but the upper strips and lower strips are 14% and 18% longer respectively, which means better coverage for those with larger mouths or wider smiles.  Best of all, this kit comes with 84 whitestrips per box, which is enough for a full 21 day whitening treatment (two treatments per day).

My Experience with the Crest Whitestrips Supreme

Okay, now for the million dollar question: how well do they work in the real world? In a word, fantastic! I am a heavy coffee and tea drinker, so my teeth really take a beating day in and day out, leaving them stained and yellow.

Not exactly an attractive look, right? I’ve tried Crest Whitestrips in the past but I had to literally go through several boxes before I got anywhere near the kind of results I was after, and other teeth whitening products were even worse.  I had almost resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to pony up for an expensive laser whitening treatment from a dentist but decided to give the whitestrips one more chance.

All I can say is I’m so glad I did! Not only did I save myself hundreds of dollars, but they worked! After using the Crest Whitestrips Supreme twice a day, 30 minutes per treatment, for a full 21 days, my teeth are dramatically whiter and brighter.

And I know it’s not just my imagination because I’ve gotten tons of comments from friends and family saying how great my teeth look and asking me how much the laser treatment cost! You should see the look on their face when they hear it was Crest Whitestrips Supreme, not a $500+ professional treatment from a dentist!

Pros

Cons

• Causes teeth sensitivity, but if it gets too bad you can stop for a day or two and resume treatment
• Can cause minor chemical burn on your gums, so make sure they stay on your teeth

The Bottom Line

I’ve used just about every teeth whitening product on the market, so I have a very good idea of what works and what doesn’t.  Crest Whitestrips Supreme is one of the few teeth whitening products that actually lives up to the marketing hype, and I plan on using them to maintain my brighter, whiter teeth for years to come.  I would have absolutely no problem recommending these to anyone that wants whiter teeth but doesn’t want to spend $500 on professional whitening treatments.
